General conditions
All rooms with bath, direct telephone for internet, Sat-TV and SKY, connection Wi-Fi available.
Rates per person, per day, all taxes and services included, room with bath, telephone and colour TV.
Anticipated departures must be communicated to management at least 48 hours prior. If such notice is not given, there will be an additional room charge of two nights.
It is not necessary to send us a deposit but we require a credit card number (Visa). Our cancellation policy requires a 14 day advance notice of your cancellation, otherwise there will be a charge of one night in the case of cancellation without sufficient notice.
No dogs allowed.
Supplements
An additional charge of € 15,00 per day for single occupancy.
Reductions
There is a 25% deduction for children occupying same room with an additional bed.

Low season (05.12 - 23.12; 09/01 - 16/01; 13/03 - 27/03)

Medium season (16.01 - 13.02)
Half board: 700,00 - 770,00
High season (23/12 - 09/01; 13/02 - 13/03)
Half board: 850,00 - 950,00
Rates per person, 7 nights accommodation based on double occupancy, half board.
Anticipated departures must be communicated to management at least 48 hours prior. If such notice is not given, there will be an additional room charge of two nights.
The turnover of a week holiday takes place preferably with arrival and departure on Sunday.
A deposit of € 500 per room is required or a Credit Card number.
